About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a compliance role in its Global Financial Crimes Division, with a focus on AML Program Oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing KYC and TM data to identify potential money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other forms of misconduct and risk. This role requires the ability to perform data analysis on a global scale, interpret AML risks, and collaborate with compliance and business groups to recommend and implement appropriate AML controls. The Vice President will also be involved in producing metrics reporting dashboards, engaging with senior leaders, and supporting global and regional strategic initiatives. Applicants for this role should have an undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in a related field, at least 5 years of experience in financial crimes, compliance, transaction monitoring, investigations, or data governance, and AML subject matter expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage projects and processes, and executive-level presentation skills. Additional skills that are beneficial include prior experience working on a global team, an understanding of financial crimes risk management, and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. The role demands a detail-oriented, organized individual with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
