Team Lead Cleaner

What You'll Do:

As the Team Lead Cleaner, you'll take charge of daily operations for our cleaning crew. Your leadership will help ensure our schools are spotless, secure, and ready to welcome students, staff, and the community each day. This position combines general cleaning responsibilities with the chance to build leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of custodians, ensuring cleaning standards are met consistently
• Assign daily tasks and adjust priorities as needed
• Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, etc.)
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
• Communicate effectively with district supervisors and team members
• Secure buildings at shift's end, including locking all doors and setting alarm systems
