Integrity Storm Experts & Restoration is a leading full-service storm damage restoration and roofing company serving residential and commercial clients across the Greater Houston area. Join our team and help us build lasting relationships through exceptional service and results.

This is a 100% commission only sales position. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads & Build Relationships: Prospect new clients via cold calls, door-to-door outreach, networking, and community events.
• Consult & Educate: Conduct on-site consultations to assess storm damage, explain restoration and roofing options, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Create Winning Proposals: Develop polished, benefit-focused presentations and estimates that highlight our quality craftsmanship and industry expertise.
• Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact through contract negotiation - while maximizing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Pipeline: Track prospects, follow up on leads, and nurture existing relationships to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Act as our ambassadors by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with operations for seamless project handoff.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a B2C or construction-related environment.
• Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort presenting to homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced territory.
• Relationship Builder: Natural at forging trust and rapport, with a customer-first mentality.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate records in our CRM.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with cold calling, door knocking, storm restoration, roofing, or construction sales.
