Accuracy and Consent
By signing this agreement, you guarantee the accuracy of all information provided to Genie Visa and Genievisa.com. You also consent to our third-party processing authorizations, including using your data and digital signature.

Electronic Records and Signatures
You consent to Genie Visa affixing your electronic signature where required and filing necessary documents for the purchased service. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@Genievisa.com, which will result in the immediate discontinuation of our services.

Non-English-Speaking Customers

Each party bears its own costs and legal fees unless otherwise allocated by the arbitrator. Arbitration must be completed within 120 days of notice or filing.

Final Arbitration
The arbitrator’s award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any competent court in Bucharest, Romania. All arbitration proceedings and documentation will be confidential.

Class Action Waiver
You agree to arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions, whether in arbitration or court, and to consolidate claims with others.

Suspended Accounts
Genie Visa reserves the right to monitor, suspend, terminate, edit, disclose, refuse to post, or remove any content or activity on this website at its discretion. We are not responsible for reviewing all materials submitted to the website.

Filing Fees
Application preparation assistance service fees do not include government application, medical examination, filing, or biometrics fees. Government fees are non-refundable.

Reviews
You may receive a survey request after your purchase. Reviews may be posted on the website or used in marketing materials with limited identifying information.

Force Majeure
Genie Visa is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, legal actions, war, or other force majeure events. If such an event continues for more than 60 days, Genie Visa may terminate these Terms of Service without liability.

Right to Refuse
Genie Visa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
