Our goal is to help you navigate your immigration and/or non-immigration process confidently and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us immediately by emailing support@Genievisa.com. We will address your inquiry, issue a refund (if applicable), or provide you with a discount/credit for future services.

POLICY TERMS
Our refund policy is applicable PRIOR to the submission of your travel document application. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this policy, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies posted on our website. Once you review and approve the government forms for submission, you waive your right to a refund. If a material error occurs on your application, we will re-submit it at no additional cost, but no refund will be issued.

Refund requests prior to the submission of your application must be made by emailing support@Genievisa.com with the subject line: “Travel Visa Refund Request.” The email must include:

Full Name of Applicant
Invoice # or Order ID
Last four digits of the credit card used for purchase
Date of purchase
Reason for requesting a refund
We will process your request within 24-48 hours after receiving all the required information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies. If 10 days have passed and your refund has not appeared, please contact our Billing Department for further assistance.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
This policy does not cover government fees paid to issuing authorities or other government agencies. Payments made to government agencies for filing and biometric services are final and non-refundable, regardless of the action taken on your application or petition. We cannot refund or credit money paid to third parties involved in processing your order, such as medical examiners or translators. For more information, please review the FEE DETAILS section below.

CHARGEBACK NOTICE
By using our services, you agree to our service terms and refund policy. Attempting to obtain a refund through a chargeback is a violation of these terms. We take this matter seriously and may report suspicious payment disputes to payment processors and other relevant agencies, along with evidence of fraud. Chargeback fraud can result in being barred from entry to the destination country and may lead to criminal and civil charges. We encourage clients to contact us to resolve any issues and prevent potential problems.

ASSURANCE
If you are unsure about your application’s submission, contact us immediately at support@Genievisa.com. If you follow the refund request stipulations, you will receive your refund. Please allow 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues caused by https://Genievisa.com before your arrival at the destination. This guarantee is in addition to other guarantees provided by law. Refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more details. Refund or credit requests under this guarantee must be made within 14 days of purchase.

We strive to provide the earliest available appointment but cannot guarantee outcomes. Consular appointments are controlled by the Embassy/Consulate, and we have no influence over their availability.

NOT COVERED UNDER THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We cannot guarantee the outcome of your government filing. Government agencies may reject applications for reasons beyond our control. Government backlogs can also cause delays. This guarantee does not cover changes in your situation or mindset, denial of entry by a Border Officer, or reasons related to epidemics/pandemics. The guarantee is void if you provide misleading information or request a refund/chargeback.
