We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation and Solutions Lead to join our team and play a critical role in engaging with clients, estimating project scope, crafting compelling sales collateral, and architecting and delivering on projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Financials and HCM implementations and ongoing support, a strong understanding of client business drivers, and the ability to translate client requests into thoughtful and valuedriven solutions. This role partners closely with sales to guide the client through complex requests, crafting tailored solutions, and delivering highimpact sales collateral that resonates.
This role may be based in any of our Slalom USbased office locations.

The base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is $140,000$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individuals skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
