Teaching EMT and EMR students. Direct patient care as a licensed Emergency Care Provider. Talking and operation of a two-way radio to dispatch, other EMS personnel, the hospital, or other responders. Acting as Medical Incident command on large multi-patient incident in a unified command structure. Demonstrating empathy and sensitivity necessary to elicit patient/resident/coworker cooperation and allay apprehensions.
