Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab RN for a day shift assignment specializing in cardiac rehab with EPIC charting and MA RN license required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital-based cardiac and pulmonary rehab unit
• Day shifts with varying hours Monday through Thursday (no weekends required)
• Patients in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation programs
• Uses EPIC charting system
• Responsible for providing direct cardiac and pulmonary rehab nursing care
• Must adhere to unit-specific protocols and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with EPIC EMR is expected
• RTO must be specified up front during consideration
• Parking may incur daily costs; public transportation options available
• Respirator fit testing may be required
• Dress code and holiday coverage details not specified

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active MA RN license required at the time of consideration; conditional licenses not accepted
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• License must be primary source verified through NURSYS and state board of nursing
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions allowed
• Two professional references required
