Transitions Repapering Specialist

Summary:
The Repapering Specialist will be part of the Transitions Team supporting new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic. Additionally, this person will also be working closely with other internal departments to assist existing Financial Professionals with shifting their assets on-platform. The primary objective will be to oversee the asset movement process by creating all necessary account transfer paperwork for their book of business and provide a seamless onboarding experience for the Financial Professionals.
The Repapering Specialist needs to have a thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process including their dependency on one another to move an entire book of business. This person must have some transition experience and be a subject matter expert on asset movement, demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, be detailed oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. We are looking for self-starters who are quick learners, resourceful, and results oriented in a faced-paced and collaborative environment. The person must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The repapering support will be offered virtually and in person (travel up to 75% of the time ).
