What you will do:

• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant informAation, as necessary.
• Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency.
• Monitor field technicians to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time.
• Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines.
• Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information, as necessary.

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience.
• 1 year dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong attention to details.
• Conscientious, team player.
• Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
• Clear background check and drug screen.

Schedule :

Full-time in Office, 9 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday

Pay :

$18-$20/hr
