Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Summary We’re looking for a seasoned software engineer with deep expertise across multiple platforms — web, desktop, and mobile — along with experience working on embedded and IoT products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in diverse technical environments and can deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. What You’ll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for desktop, web, and mobile platforms. Contribute to IoT and embedded technology initiatives, bridging modern applications with device-level software. Build scalable, maintainable, and extensible systems using object-oriented development principles. Participate in architectural design discussions, ensuring solutions can scale to thousands of users. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze systems, and deliver high-impact solutions. Document processes and solutions with clarity through diagrams, flowcharts, and technical notes. Support continuous improvement by researching new tools, methodologies, and technologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture. Must Have 7–10+ years of hands-on software development experience. Proven experience with embedded systems and IoT product development. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, revision control, and agile practices. Experience writing code in both compiled and interpreted languages. Nice to Have Experience with software packaging and deployment. Familiarity with scripting languages in addition to OO programming. Exposure to large-scale system design and distributed architectures.
