Responsible sourcing and interviewing qualified individuals and maintaining a "bench of qualified candidates to use to fill open positions within the stores organization. He/she is also responsible for consistently finding new and creative ways to source and recruit talented individuals in to the Company.

• Produce prospective candidates through ID research, networking, cold calling, internet research and sourcing, internal/external sourcing, career fairs, on-campus recruiting and industry publications
• Review and evaluate resumes, determine qualifications of candidates and select qualified candidates to present to hiring managers
• Maintain a database of candidates for future reference
• Proactively research and investigate new sourcing ideas
• Manage the entire interviewing process, from initial candidate contact to managing the candidate through the final offer process
• Partner with all levels of the organization to create a strategy for filling open positions quickly and efficiently
• Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates within the apparel industry
• Manage offer process including reference checks, background screenings and partnering with the Director of Compensation on salary requirements

• minimum 2-3 years experience in recruiting talent within the retail industry - Preferably in Luxury Retail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and competing priorities
