Overview

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Office of Personnel and Facility Clearances and Classification (OPFCC), NA-74. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process management and communications for NA-74 and other DOE users to coordinate product demonstrations, Sprint planning, work item triage, and prioritization.
• Gather requirements for work items.
• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are well known to the team.
• Prepare business requirement documents as directed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working on a cross-functional software team. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for education.
• Experience working in the Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes and best practices

• Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking

• Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in business administration
• Experience with DOE/NNSA

Location and Other Details

LOCATION: This is a full-time position in Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA

SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidates related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
