Security Officer – Join Our Team!
Wage: $15.00/hour

Your Role:
Do you want a role that’s more than just a job? As a Security Officer, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You’ll perform indoor/outdoor patrols, use radios for communication, and monitor a multi-floor apartment building , keeping the property secure and orderly.

Responsibilities:

• Observe, report, and respond to incidents to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and property

• Patrol the apartment building and surrounding property, maintaining a visible presence

• Use radios to communicate with the team and respond to incidents

• Provide customer service and information to residents and staff

• Maintain order and enforce property policies as directed

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain

• Occasionally lifting or moving items up to 25 lbs

• Motivated to contribute to a safe and positive living environment

• No prior experience? No problem! Retail, hospitality, or food service backgrounds are a great fit—we’ll provide full training for a career in security
