Join Our Team as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate!

Discover the excitement of working in a dynamic warehouse environment! At Duluth Trading Company, we are searching for dedicated individuals to join our Fulfillment Center Crew during the busy season. The role comes with fantastic pay incentives:

• Saturday & Sunday Premium: Earn an additional $3.00/hr from September 15th through December 21st.
• Peak Holiday Premium: Enjoy an extra $1.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.
• 3rd Shift Premium: Receive an additional $2.00/hr from November 24th through December 21st.

Position Details:

Our 3rd shift runs from Sunday to Thursday and on Saturday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Your Role:

• Pick and pack merchandise accurately for online orders.
• Efficiently move products throughout the facility.
• Replenish warehouse inventory to meet service levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for everyone.

What We Need From You:

• No previous warehouse experience necessary; we train motivated candidates!
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week is required; full-time hours may be available during peak seasons.
• Ability to walk or stand for the duration of your shift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and maneuver carts or pallets weighing up to 500 lbs.
• Willingness to work in fluctuating noise levels and temperatures.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing if in a safety-sensitive position.
