Removing impediments and fostering team productivity. Coaching team members on Agile principles and best practices. Encouraging continuous improvement across delivery cycles. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles. Desired Skills & Experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Experience supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall transitions. Pay: $49.70 – $71.00 /hr.
