With 6–9 months of structured training, including in-store learning and business rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned managers and sales consultants before leading your own team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a commissioned sales team to achieve and exceed location sales goals Partner with other Sales Managers to ensure effective team collaboration and performance Coach and develop associates by identifying strengths, setting goals, and building personalized development plans Monitor sales metrics and performance reports, using data to inform decision-making Identify and solve problems to remove obstacles for your team and improve the customer experience Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment Proven ability to execute both short- and long-term sales strategies Experience building action plans to drive individual and team performance Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, inspire, and gain buy-in from a diverse team Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
