· Education Bachelor’s degree in safety, Marine Safety, Environmental Protection, facilities management or related field preferred.
Experience
· 0-5 years of experience in an industrial setting and a familiarity with safety principles preferred. Experience with union workforce preferred
Skills And Competencies
· Working knowledge of industrial safety including personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard recognition, work planning and general heavy equipment safety.
· Current and valid Driver’s License proficient in Microsoft applications including (outlook, excel, PowerPoint).
· Self-motivated and eager to solve problems with guidance.
· Organized and able to extrapolate data in excel.
· Ability to pass a Massport controlled substance test and background security checks.
