The SAFe Scrum Master will coordinate and coach up to two Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) scrum delivery teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum Framework principles. This role will focus on fostering accountability, adaptability, and collaboration within teams to drive iterative and incremental value delivery. The Scrum Master will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and prepare teams for PI Planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps, Cybersecurity teams, and Portfolio Tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Align. Key Responsibilities: Hold teams accountable for delivery, continuous improvement, and adherence to agile values. Make work visible and remove impediments to maximize team productivity. Facilitate and lead team ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Prepare teams for and facilitate breakout sessions during PI Planning. Ensure team readiness for System Demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions. Coordinate with external dependent teams to align deliverables. Enable delivery and product teams to be prepared for Sprint and Program Increment planning. Mentor Product Owners and teams in user story creation, backlog refinement, and prioritization. Collect and utilize team metrics to measure capacity, velocity, predictability, and maturity. Coach teams new to Agile and Scrum on best practices and mindset fundamentals. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve Agile practices within the organization. Exercise discretion in determining objectives and approaches to assignments with minimal direction. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. 7+ years of experience working with agile methodologies in large-scale, technically complex environments. Experience coaching and mentoring teams on Agile and Scrum principles. Proven ability to facilitate the removal of impediments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. Advanced facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience with Agile Tracking tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Cybersecurity teams. Experience working with both development and non-development scrum teams. Experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) environment. Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional or SAFe Practice Consultant. Experience with Portfolio Tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Align. Certifications: Certified Scrum Professional or SAFe Practice Consultant (preferred).
