Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Care Center

Part Time ; 60 hours/pay

Night Shift (7PM - 7AM)

Newark, DE

ChristianaCare is seeking a part time RN to work in our Pediatric Care Center located at our Women's & Children's building on our Newark Campus. Our Pediatric Care Center is a total of 14-beds with a mix of emergency and general pediatric acute care beds. The Pediatric Care Center RN will gain experience caring for children under the age of 18 with a variety of diagnoses like RSV, sepsis, asthma, broken bones, GI illnesses, head or body injuries, high fever and infections, abdominal pain and more.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
• Two years of Acute Care RN experience strongly preferred
• Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience strongly preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
