We're currently seeking dedicated Psychiatrists who prioritize patient care and strive for clinical excellence. As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will be pivotal in transforming lives through exceptional psychiatric care.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary : $300K + first year base compensation (commensurate to years of experience - post residency and any other specialized trainings, such as Child/Adolescent psychiatry).
• Additional Earning Potential- PA Leadership: Supplement your income and become an industry leader by providing (optional) supervision to Physican Assistants (PAs). Earn a generous stipend leading as few as 1 PA to no more than 7 PAs with the opportunity to earn up to 50%+ of your base compensation.
• Additional Earning Potential - Prescriber Bonuses: Earn (quarterly) caseload and holistic care bonuses.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations specializing in Adult or Adolescent / Child general psychiatry.
• Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies.
• Prescribe and manage medication regimes.
• Evaluate treatment progress.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Completion of a psychiatric residency in an ACGME approved residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Dedication to staying well-informed of psychiatric advances.
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong communication and empathy.
