We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing client in the Water & Wastewater (W/WW) sector. They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead public works infrastructure projects across Southern California.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of public works water/wastewater projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors.
• Lead internal coordination across engineering, construction, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience managing public works W/WW projects, ideally within Southern California .
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environments and permitting processes.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (PE license preferred).
• A driven individual who aligns well with the client’s culture and values.
