Overview Providence Health Plan caregivers are valued for their commitment to patient-focused, whole-person care. This role supports the organization’s Risk Adjustment strategy by serving as the primary technical resource and business liaison between the Risk Adjustment and Data Analytics departments. The role requires project management, advanced analytics, reporting, and process-improvement skills to design evaluation plans, ensure data collection, influence analysts, lead team meetings, and mentor junior staff. The Principal also mentors caregivers across the Data Analytics department and maintains current knowledge of health care trends, Risk Adjustment regulations, analytic techniques, data sources, and Providence systems. Relationships with leaders across the organization (e.g., Actuarial, Network, Strategic Accounts, Compliance and Regulatory Finance, IS, Pharmacy) and external agencies (the State, CMS) are important. #J-18808-Ljbffr Providence Health Plan Group
