As a part-time* Prep Chef & Baker at Entree Kitchen, you’ll play a key role in preparing entrees, sides, appetizers and desserts, baking some of our delicious offerings while helping to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly. This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in the culinary world who is ready to bring their skills to a welcoming, community-focused environment. Plus, with most weekdays ending by 7:00 p.m. and early closures on Fridays and Saturdays, you’ll enjoy a schedule that works for you.
Here’s a taste of what your day-to-day might look like: - Prepare ingredients, entrees, sides, appetizers and desserts/ baking a variety of menu items with precision and care. - Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional food quality. - Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with the opportunity to grow within the role.
We’d love to meet you if you: - Have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or baking environment. - Are passionate about food and take pride in your work. - Thrive in a team setting and enjoy collaborating with others. - Are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. This position requires a varied work schedule, i.e. some days and swing shifts plus at least 2-3 Saturdays per month.
