Seeking full-time Pediatrician to join a thriving private pediatrics practice in Athens, Alabama. This is a great opportunity to join an established and growing organization with 5 practices in Northern Alabama.


Overview:
- Private practice opened in 2020
- Clinical staff: 2 Pediatricians, 3 NPs, 5 MAs
- Outpatient clinic w/ no call and no rounding
- Flexible schedule options
- Guaranteed salary + incentives
- Patients Per Day: 20-25
Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct urgent and primary patient care to patients ages birth to adolescence.
  
• Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
  
• Provide oversight of delivery of medical care at the assigned clinic with the support of Advanced Practice Nursing staff
  
• Serve as a mentor and manage the resolution of practice related problems at assigned pediatric clinic
  
• Provides professional oversight and collaboration for any Advanced Practice Nurses employed at clinical location of practice
  
• Serve in rotation for hospital call.
• Schedule: Flexible and open for negotiation

Compensation:
$220,000 guaranteed salary

CME expenses $2500
4% Contribution to 401k
6.5 paid holidays and 18 days PTO
Sign-on bonus $20,000
Relocation up to $10,000
