Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established and growing outpatient Pediatric practice in Mount Vernon, Washington. • Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a weekday only schedule focused only on outpatient care. No inpatient call duties and ample time off.
• The provider in this new position will focus on seeing same-day patients to ensure access for our established patients at this location, along with providing back-up to our physicians during slow times including task management, refills and other clinical support needs.
• This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in nursing from an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
• The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Salary Range: $130,037 - $150,778 (DOE)
• Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance.

• Skagit Valley Hospital is a licensed 137-bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center. Our new, state of the art surgery center opened in December 2023, which has offered additional clinic space, outpatient ORs and additional endoscopy suites.
