Overview: Department: Nursing Float Personnel Shift : Full-Time, Nights 12-Hour Shift Hospital: Prime St Francis Hospital Location: Evanston, IL 60202 Responsibilities: Maintains responsibility to sit with and observe the patient and his/her surrounding environment to promote safety and prevent possible injuries. The One to One Patient Observer assists the Registered Nurse in non-nursing tasks within the scope of training and experience. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
3. Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.86 to $24.42. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
