Position Overview

At CCI, you’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with new companies, opening doors, and building the foundation for long-term partnerships. This role combines the fast pace of outbound prospecting with the opportunity to develop accounts into reliable, repeat customers over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and research new companies, markets, and decision-makers.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events).
• Qualify leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory and market strategies.
• Manage an early-stage pipeline and nurture accounts toward long-term customer status.
• Represent CCI at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Track and report activity through CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (technology, construction, or security industry experience preferred).
• Strong hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated to build and grow relationships.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000
• Uncapped commission structure.
