Our client is seeking an Order Delivery Planner to join their team. As an Order Delivery Planner, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Delivery Planner

Location: Austin, MN

Pay Range: $20.00/HR

What's the Job?

• Responsible for creating efficient truck delivery routes for customer and interplant orders.
• Group individual sales and transfer orders from the mainframe based Order Processing (OP) System into optimal truck delivery routes using JDA software.
• Manage daily and weekly volume peaks based on sales levels, ensuring all routing is completed daily.
• Adapt lunch breaks and work hours based on peak activity levels, including potential unpredictable overtime.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks that cannot be postponed.

• Ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency with personal computers and mainframe systems.
• Demonstrated use of organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exemplary attendance record required due to the transactional nature of this position.
