New Home Sales Consultant - North Carolina

Sales Consultants generate leads to welcome potential buyers to the community. We partner with home buyers throughout the process from hello, to showcasing our home models and all that our community has to offer, through the contract process through day of closing. If you are open to working in a commission-based environment and working weekends and some holidays, we want to speak with you!

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in new home sales, leasing sales, high end furnishing sales, home services sales, or equivalent
• Minimum High School or GED required
• College degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Valid auto insurance coverage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations
