Job Description As a Motion Web Designer , you’ll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality. Please note: This is a 6-month contractor role under a service agreement, with potential for extension. Hybrid availability in Miami, FL is required. You bring to the team the following competencies: 5+ years of experience in creative or visual design roles, ideally in digital environments. Mastery of Lottie Files and light motion design for icons and interactive elements. Familiarity with Figma for crafting responsive web designs. Experience creating and editing video content for hero sections, homepage banners, or other dynamic assets. Strong understanding of ADA compliance principles for web accessibility. Ability to adapt and recycle pre-approved design elements while maintaining consistency and accessibility. A refined eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy . Basic understanding of UI and usability principles to ensure function supports form. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Design visually impactful, ADA-compliant landing pages and UI components using Figma. Create and repurpose video and animated content for web use—especially in homepage hero sections and brand touchpoints. Skillfully recycle and modify pre-approved design elements, ensuring all changes remain compliant and consistent with brand standards. Maintain a consistent visual language across all digital assets, aligned with brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with marketing and dev teams to implement design updates and assets efficiently. Propose creative design solutions that align with usability, performance, and accessibility requirements. Stay up to date with trends in motion design, UI design, and digital accessibility standards.
