Logistics Manager

West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and upbeat  Logistics Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise between our West Palm Beach atelier, all retail stores, vendors and customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings a positive, solution-driven approach to daily challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and transportation of goods between our atelier and stores in Palm Beach and Boca Raton.
  • keep detail shipping and tracking records for all packages.
  • Perform  quality control (QC) of all new goods received to ensure merchandise meets brand standards.
  • Maintain strict quality control standards for purchase orders, packing slips, and product reconciliation.
  • Tag, process, steam and prepare merchandise for stores.
  • Process and track vendor returns (RTVs).
  • Create and process purchase orders, while monitoring merchandise flow with accuracy.
  • Run inventory reports to confirm merchandise levels and support replenishment needs.
  • Fulfill web sales orders and ensure timely, accurate shipping.
  • Manage multi-store inventory through QuickBooks POS and Shopify.
  • Support  set-up and break-down for special events, trunk shows, and new store openings .
  • Ensure all goods are prepared, tracked, and delivered with precision and care.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to commute to our West Palm Beach office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including inventory and POS software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
