Land Surveyor (All Levels) – San Dimas, CA

We’re looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join a close-knit civil engineering and land surveying team that specializes in site development projects across the western United States. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and other surveying services for commercial developments, including quick-service restaurants, shopping centers, and small-scale retail projects.

If you have 5–10 years of direct experience preparing ALTA surveys , you’ll be stepping into a role where your skills are highly valued and your expertise will help train and guide junior team members. We’re also open to reviewing candidates at all levels, from early career to senior professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys to meet national standards and specific client requirements.
  • Conduct topographic, subdivision, and construction staking surveys using advanced equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.
  • Process and analyze survey data with industry-standard software to produce detailed maps and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and agencies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards while managing timelines and budgets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience: $35–$45/hour
  • 5–10 years of experience: $45–$60/hour
  • 10+ years of experience: $60–$75/hour
  • Strong working knowledge of ALTA surveys (priority for mid-to-senior level candidates).
  • Proficiency in modern surveying tools and data processing software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
