Patient population 18 to 100 plus
Active California License mandatory
The group is Open to PART TIME and FULL TIME shifts
Local candidates are preferred but if you are a Rockstar with FQHC experience the group will consider candidates out of state
The group is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a directly related field
Shifts are 8 hours with no call
Must be able to work with autonomy at times but there will be NP/PAs on staff for support
Prefers candidates that are bilingual in Spanish due to patient population
Patient volume is 20 per day
EPIC experience is a plus
Current assignment is 3-6+months with intention of extending
