Fall 2025 Human Resources Internship 

• Location: Jefferson Hills, PA 
• Duration: August–December 2025 
• Type: Internship - Temporary
• Eligibility: Current college student, or recent graduate

As a Human Resources Intern, You Will: 

• Learn from our experienced HR team and gain valuable insights into the recruitment and development process
• Organize and manage logistics for interviews, job fairs, pre-employment drug screens/physicals training events and workshops
• Support the planning, communication, and execution of employee engagement initiatives
• Post job advertisements on various job boards 
• Assist with building employee recruitment files
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Collect and store data from training records and provide administrative support
• Help design, develop, and deliver training materials, courses, and plans
• Work closely with other departments to align talent development with organizational goals
• Support other HR-related tasks and contribute to the overall success of our department 

Qualifications:

• Student currently enrolled in post-secondary education program (eg: certificate, trade school, two- or four-year degree program) OR recent graduate (within the past 12 months) of post-secondary education program
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
