• Manage specified timelines, budgets, safety, and quality control for water/wastewater treatment projects.
• Develop strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards, providing updates as needed.
• Handle risk management, distribution of RFIs, submittals, field directives, updated plans, and coordination between teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee expense approvals, cost estimates, change orders, projections, invoices, and payments according to work completion.
• Ensure support and materials are provided to Superintendent and Foreman, including RFI responses and submittal approvals.
• Coordinate with estimators and superintendents on subcontractor and supplier selection.
• Mentor Project Engineers and other Project Managers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of continuous experience in wastewater/water treatment construction project management and/or excavation, river diversions, bridges, and water tank construction management.
• 4-year accredited Project Management or Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Construction Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Project Superintendent.
• Professional communication skills with construction-related vocabulary.
• Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Google Suite, and Excel.
