Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including NPD and marketing, is essential, as is the ability to advise on supply chain contracts and navigate import/export agreements. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics position at the company should have considerable experience in a global supply chain or logistical role within consumer goods or D2C brands. While experience in the hair and beauty industry is desired, it is not essential.
