Position: Front Desk Associate
Location: 765 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80209
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Excellent Client Care: This is a public facing and interacting position, so you need to greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins and checkouts, answer questions in person and on the phone, and help with paperwork as needed.
Process Payments: Handle client transactions and master all checkout procedures.
Manage Scheduling & Communication: Answer calls, book and adjust appointments, process cancellations, and provide timely client support.
Maintain Studio Cleanliness: Keep the space inviting by assisting with trash and recycling removal, light cleaning, mopping, and bathroom upkeep.
Support Operations: Optimize appointment schedules, assist with outreach, perform data entry and reporting, track inventory, and support massage therapists with daily needs.
Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week
Availability required on Sunday, Saturday, and Monday (3 shifts per week)
Competitive Pay: $21/hour, with breaks and meal periods as required by Colorado law
Annual Raises: Guaranteed yearly pay increases
Paid Sick Time: Available to all employees

401(k): Available after 6 months for employees working approx. 20+ hours per week
Experience: At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience required; massage industry familiarity is a plus
Dependability: Reliability, respectfulness, and punctuality are a must.
Communication Skills: Must be friendly, outgoing, professional, and effective with both clients and teammates.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using desktop computers and booking software.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of staying organized, self directed, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
