We are searching for an efficient and flexible general manager to oversee our quick service restaurant. You will provide overall leadership and direct supervision to ensure our operation is financially successful. Job duties include hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as making sure all local, state, and federal regulations are followed. We are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and lead a dynamic team to success in a high-volume food service setting. Our ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years or more of experience managing a restaurant, preferably in a fast food or quick service capacity. $45,000 - $75,000 per year

• Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
• Verify the quality of all products and services according to the company's criteria
• Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs
• Conduct regular checks to ensure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed
• Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions

• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• This position requires a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 1-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in quick service food industry
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
