Overview

Family law attorney role at a growing multi-office firm. Hybrid schedule with excellent compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Litigate a family law matter from start to finish, including custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and other Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Paternity issues.
• Develop family law cases by conducting legal research on various issues.
• Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings.
• Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Communicate with clients with knowledge and compassion and explain technical matters to individuals at varying levels of sophistication.
• Interact effectively with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with integrity and professional ethics.
• Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management are properly met.

Qualifications

• Family law experience is required.
• Licensed to practice law in California; CFLS or eligibility is a plus.

Employment Details

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Riverside, CA (context from posting)
• Salary: $140,000.00$250,000.00 per year
