About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President and System Chief Nursing Executive to lead its nursing division with a focus on innovative, multi-disciplinary models of care. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven nurse leader with a proven track record in designing solutions that enhance nurse engagement, ensure successful nursing care across various clinical settings, and foster patient satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving the creation and implementation of a strategic agenda for nursing that is in line with the institution's long-range objectives and strategies, particularly in the areas of quality services and responsible fiscal management. Key responsibilities for the EVP/CNE include overseeing the comprehensive practice of nursing professional practice, driving the integration of services, and ensuring compliance with the institution's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in evidence-based nursing practice and will be instrumental in the institution's commitment to remaining at the forefront of healthcare. The role demands a leader who is dedicated to the community, with a focus on providing care that is not only of the highest quality but also fiscally responsible. The EVP/CNE will be a highly visible and impactful member of the executive leadership team, working in close partnership with the President and Chief Executive Officer, the System COO, and the System CPE.
