A boutique trust and estates law firm in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney.
Develop and implement comprehensive estate and trust plans for a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Prepare, review, and file estate and gift tax returns.
Advise clients on tax-efficient planning strategies.
Collaborate with internal team members and external advisors to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar.
LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation (preferred).
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
3-8 years of experience in estate and trust planning and administration.
An LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is preferred.
Candidates should have familiarity with complex planning techniques and experience in the preparation and review of estate and gift tax returns.
