We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers you the opportunity to take your career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice to our clients on estate planning matters, including probate and wealth preservation planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Handle probate proceedings, including the preparation of probate documents and representation of clients in probate court.
3. Develop and implement wealth preservation strategies for clients, taking into consideration their financial goals and risk tolerance.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law.
5. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans for clients.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients and promptly responding to their inquiries.
7. Educate clients on the importance of estate planning and the potential consequences of failing to have a proper estate plan in place.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and ethical standards in the provision of estate planning services.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on probate and wealth preservation planning.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
6. High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
9. A commitment to providing the highest level of client service.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions to clients.
