Overview Education Technology Consultant, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $100,000/year USD. Remote role across the US with travel to school locations. Start date in December 2025. This role focuses on configuring SaaS platforms, training educators, and managing the school partnership lifecycle to drive student outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Set up and deploy our platform for new schools, including technical configurations, SIS integration, and launch readiness Provide comprehensive training for school staff on utilizing our platform and methodologies to enhance student outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation support, both online and on-site Develop and update documentation to facilitate scalable onboarding processes Track implementation progress and proactively address challenges to ensure success What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in cold calls or sales efforts - focus is entirely on client success Providing basic help desk services - role involves leading strategic implementations Adhering to rigid procedures - opportunity to influence implementation strategies Working exclusively from home - regular school visits for hands-on support are part of the role Key Responsibilities Ensure schools become thriving, long-term partners by facilitating seamless platform integration, delivering effective staff training, and providing ongoing support for outstanding student achievements. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles focused on implementation, onboarding, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or educational technology Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and configure software systems effectively Familiarity with SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data privacy best practices Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences Proficient in project management with keen attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team US-based with willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. Working with us: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
