We are currently searching for a Doctor of Audiology/Audiologist to join our team! This position is located in our *St. Cloud* office, and is a *full time or part-time *salaried position.

This position includes both clinical audiology and hearing aid dispensing; serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to adults. _Responsibilities_
Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, gathering pertinent medical history, and performing a thorough examination (done on both adult and pediatric patients).
*Make recommendations to clients based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.*
* Maintain and repair devices from a variety of manufacturers.
* Establish rapport and create professional relationships with patients to create repeat and referral business.
* Fit clients with devices that best suit their needs and verify the fit via Real Ear measures.
* Maintain a clean and professional work environment
* Be committed to excellent follow-up care to patients and their devices.

_Qualifications_
The ideal candidate must possess:
* Excellent customer service and communication (spoken and written) skills
* Ability to adapt and problem solve
* Commitment to continued education
* Understanding and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and superior customer service, as well as always maintaining integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and staff members
* Ability to work independently
* Experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing required
_Licensure_
* Must have Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by the state of Minnesota
* Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Minnesota is required
* Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state of Minnesota
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
