Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Data analysis experience
a. 3+ years of experience; Import, map, and export data between enterprise platforms such as ServiceNOW, LeanIX, Colibra, Apptio.
2) Familiarity with augmenting data analyst activities with AI
a. 1+ year of experience; Discovering ways to leverage AI to augment day-to-day activities.
3) Comfortable with navigating and extracting data from the ServiceNOW schema
a. Ability to create meaningful views of the tech landscape from ServiceNOW APM and CMDB.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience working with a modern business outcome driven enterprise architecture team.
Soft Skills:
1) Data analysis experience
2) Data catalog awareness
3) Ability to be flexible and learn on the fly is key
Technology Requirements:
1) SAP LeanIX exposure
2) ServiceNow APM/CMDB familiarity (CSDM 4.0)
3) Excel/ETL tools
4) Data Integration Mapping
5) Familiarity with augmenting data analyst activities with AI (ChatGPT Enterprise)
