Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Quickly respond to all client emails/requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems
• Provide product/service information and recommend solutions.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet customer satisfaction and resolution time targets.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or support experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport, influence clients, and adapt in fast-paced settings
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools (Zoom, email, etc.)
• Familiarity with life/health insurance is an asset
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
