Customer Service Manager

Full Time Remote

Job Duties:

• Administer and maintain enterprise environments, including user provisioning, permissions, folder structures, and access controls
• Serve as the primary point of contact for related support, troubleshooting user issues and resolving access, sync, and permission challenges
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to onboard users on VA box platform, drive adoption, and ensure effective use of features
• Develop and maintain governance standards for file management security, and compliance.
• Lead customer training sessions and created documentation, best practices, and quick-reference guides to improve user experience
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enforce data protection policies and audit requirements
• Manage escalations by coordinating with support and ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning capabilities with business workflows and operational goals
• Collect customer feedback and usage insights to inform process improvements and enhance overall customer success outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
