In this role, you’ll assist in managing healthcare and office developments from preconstruction through closeout—with a strong focus on scheduling, Microsoft Project, and coordination. If you’re highly organized, technically sharp, and ready to grow within a high-performing team, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project execution from bidding and preconstruction through project turnover
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Microsoft Project; track critical path and milestone dates
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, permits, and change orders in collaboration with project managers
  • Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Help develop and track budgets, procurement logs, and cost updates
  • Participate in site walks, quality checks, and punch list resolution
  • Ensure project files, documentation, and logs are accurate and up to date
  • Support effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Address project issues and help keep workflows efficient and solutions-focused
  • Perform other duties as needed to support successful project delivery

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial construction or development support; medical project experience a plus
  • Strong command of Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with construction workflows including budgeting, permitting, and document control
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Viewpoint
  • Understanding of construction documents, architectural drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Mileage and toll reimbursement for project-related travel
