Must-Have Requirements Experience at top consulting firms (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) with strong strategy foundation Scaled HR in high-growth SaaS/tech firms, driving org design, culture, and talent retention. Led global people operations across multiple regions with consistent execution success. Designed and executed large-scale incentive and total rewards programs that drove retention. Served as strategic advisor to CEO/Board during hypergrowth, fundraising, or major M&A Salary: $350,000.00 - $500,000.00 USD yearly Variable Pay: Compensation consists of a competitive base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus.
